The Workflow

It's simple. You place an order, we handle the logistics.

Choose your product & neighborhood: Pick what you're sending and where it goes — Fire Island Pines, Cherry Grove, or both.
Pick your Wednesday: Select the Wednesday distribution date you want from the available weeks.
Add your details & artwork: Enter your contact info and upload your print-ready file (PDF, PNG, JPG) — before you pay.
Review & accept terms: Confirm everything looks right and accept the terms.
Pay securely via Stripe: Complete your order with a secure card payment.

From there, we print your flyers on high-quality presses and move them down the line to Fire Island: printed flyers head to the Sayville Ferry terminal, onto the package boat across the bay, to our island distributor, and then hand-delivered to every door on Wednesday morning.

Track every step: After ordering, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow your flyers' real-world progress — printed → on the boat → on the island → delivered.

The Sunday Cutoff Rule

Print-ready files are due by Sunday at 5:00pm Eastern for that week's Wednesday distribution.

Holiday Exception: For the two holiday weeks (Memorial Day and Labor Day), the cutoff moves to the prior Thursday at 5:00pm Eastern. Check the calendar for exact dates.

Weather Policy

If weather prevents safe distribution on Wednesday, your job is completed as soon as possible within the same week. Orders are non-refundable for weather delays.
