1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, submitting a contact form, or otherwise using the services offered by Fire Island Flyers ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Fire Island Flyers provides flyer and poster printing, shipping, and hand-delivery distribution services to residential and commercial addresses in Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove, New York. Services are available during the seasonal schedule published on our website. We reserve the right to modify the distribution calendar, pricing, or available products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed and paid in full before the published cutoff deadline for the desired distribution date. Cutoffs are generally Sundays at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with holiday weeks (Memorial Day and Labor Day) cutting off on the prior Thursday. Late orders will be scheduled for the next available distribution week.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your provided payment method. All prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of printing, shipping to Fire Island, and distribution.

4. Artwork Submission

You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork that meets our published file specifications (PDF, PNG, or JPG at 300 DPI, CMYK color mode, with required bleed). We do not provide graphic design services.

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the submitted content, and that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or contain unlawful material. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork at our sole discretion.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before artwork has been submitted and approved for printing. Once an order has entered production (artwork approved and print job initiated), we are unable to issue refunds.

We do not offer refunds for weather delays. If weather prevents safe distribution on the scheduled Wednesday, your job will be completed as soon as conditions permit within the same week.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fire Island Flyers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fire Island Flyers and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your submitted artwork, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
